  • Office properties in central locations
  • Residential properties in upper or middle-class neighborhoods
  • Assets must be in demographically positive markets
  • Properties in need of recapitalisation, renovation, restructuring or repositioning (value-add assets)
  • Re-development projects involving acceptable leasing risk in strong markets
  • Under-managed assets
  • Target deal size: €10 to €200 million, with ability to close larger deals given the right opportunity
